300hr ATT module: Teaching Pranayama
Looking to take your teaching to the next level?
This ATT module offers students 15hrs of required or elective hours to count towards your 300hr teacher training. You may enrol in this training + receive credit hours towards your ATT even if you have not officially begun your ATT training yet. All hours count for YA-RYT continuing education. Or you can simply join to deepen your knowledge and refine and strengthen your skills as a teacher.
This is a unique opportunity to study with Bridget Woods Kramer, sharing over 30 years of experience and knowledge of the art of teaching yoga.
The Joy of Breathing
Teaching Pranayama is a very important part of teaching Yoga and is a skill in itself.
The majority of students only use less than 50% of their lung capacity so learning how to teach Pranayama can be of huge benefit to your students.
Course Structure
The training consists of 15 teaching hours delivered through 4 modules online, with recordings available to download.
Included in the tuition will be weekly online Asana classes with Bridget.
